Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stoney River Senior Living is not responsible for any charges you may incur from your wireless carrier for text messaging services.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from Stoney River Senior Living unless you opt in again.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Stoney River Senior Living, its parent and affiliate entities, and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, operational partners, and service providers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Governing Law; Class Action Waiver
